The "Solaia" wine is made from the finest selected grapes of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and sangiovese from the vineyard of the same name, located on the sunny hill of Tignanello in its sunniest plot. Passion, care, attention, and research are at the basis of its production. Known as one of the most famous Supertuscans in the world, "Solaia" is a deep and elegant red wine that is aged for 12 months in barrels and for another year in bottles before being sold. Its longevity is remarkable.
Perfect for all meals, it is enhanced with first courses also based on mushrooms. Excellent with roasts and braised meats.
