•   Ownership and types of data GRILLO SRL, as Data Controller of your data, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code, informs you about the use of the personal data you entered in this form.

•    Purpose of use - The aforementioned data will be used for purposes connected and instrumental to the activity of Il GRILLO SRL and therefore:1 To respond to your request (e.g. provide you with further information, the newsletter, the Il GRILLO SRL catalogue). 2. Subject to your free consent, which you can express by filling in the attached form, the aforementioned data and those that may be collected during our contractual relationship, may also be processed for the following purposes: a. Promotional purposes, which may include commercial communication or the sending of advertising material, or direct sales activities, carrying out market research with traditional contact methods - by post or telephone - or automated - such as sms, fax, email o calls without an operator; she may also withdraw the consent previously given at any time, even partially, for example by consenting only to traditional contact methods.b. •   Methods of use and conservation - Your data is used not only by electronic means but also with paper instruments. The data are kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and subsequently processed.

The data may be used by Il GRILLO SRL personnel who have been assigned a specific role either as manager or in charge of processing and who have been given adequate operating instructions as well as by third-party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of Il GRILLO SRL, the latter acting as external data processors and under the direction and control of Il GRILLO SRL.
•   Transfer of data abroad and dissemination - Your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by subjects, in any case falling within the categories mentioned in point IV. above, located in the territory of the European Union for the purposes described in point II. "Purpose of Use" above. Your personal data is not disclosed to indeterminate recipients.
•   Rights - In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration o updating, or rectification; moreover, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
