For each order placed, IL GRILLO SRL issues a receipt for the material sent by e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. In case of invoice, the data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice. No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued. The customer can purchase the products in the lovefirenze.com electronic catalog when sending the order.
The billing request must necessarily be indicated at the same time as the order request, failing which it will not be possible to issue it later.

The images accompanying a product sheet are purely indicative. The wording "available" when the product is displayed is purely indicative and certifies the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason IL GRILLO SRL reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. No responsibility can be attributed to IL GRILLO SRL.

This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently IL GRILLO SRL, having verified the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail. The contract stipulated between the customer and IL GRILLO SRL is to be considered concluded only after the sending of the e-mail of acceptance of the contract by IL GRILLO SRL. By placing an order on the lovefirenze.com website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to the articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller which the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

IL GRILLO SRL is not responsible for any delays by the carrier in delivering the goods, pursuant to art. 1510 of the Italian Civil Code, paragraph II.
In any case, in the presence of a reasoned and timely notification of the delay in the delivery of the products, IL GRILLO SRL may, at its sole discretion, allow the sending of a new package at its entire expense.
IL GRILLO SRL is not responsible for non-delivery of products due to incorrect and/or incomplete indication of the destination address.
