The "Baia al Vento" wine from Campo al Mare is produced in Tuscany, in the Bolgheri DOC area. It is obtained from a selection of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, and aged in French oak tonneaux for 16-18 months. The clayey and sandy soil of the area favors the exceptional quality of the wine, which is distinguished by the soft and enveloping character conferred by the predominance of Merlot over the wines of the Bolgheri area.
A great wine that needs equally important dishes.
